    • Wrong size was delivered by our team.
    • Product has a manufacturing defect.

    To be eligible for a return:

    • Product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
    • Original tags and packaging must be intact.
    • Product must be in resalable condition.

    3. Non-Returnable Products

    The following products are not eligible for return or refund:

    Custom T-Shirts

    Custom-designed products created using customer-provided artwork, text, logos, or designs.

    Used Products

    Products that have been:

    • Worn
    • Washed
    • Altered
    • Damaged by the customer

    Sale & Clearance Items

    Products purchased during:

    • Flash sales
    • Clearance sales
    • Special promotional campaigns

    unless received damaged or defective.

    4. Exchange Policy

    We offer exchanges under the following conditions:

    Size Exchange

    If you receive the correct product but require a different size:

    • Exchange request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
    • Product must be unused and unwashed.
    • Exchange is subject to stock availability.

    Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs for size exchanges.

    Wrong Product Received

    If we send the wrong product, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

    5. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

    If you receive:

    • A damaged item
    • A defective item
    • An incorrect product

    Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

    Provide:

    • Order number
    • Photos of the product
    • Photos of packaging

    After verification, we will offer:

    • Replacement
    • Exchange
    • Refund

    6. Custom T-Shirt Policy

    Custom T-Shirt orders are made specifically for each customer.

    Therefore:

    • No returns
    • No refunds
    • No exchanges

    except in cases where:

    • The product arrives damaged
    • Incorrect design was printed by our team
    • Wrong size was sent by our team

    Customers are responsible for reviewing uploaded artwork and customization details before placing an order.

    Once the returned product is received and inspected:

    • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
    • Refund will be issued to the original payment method.
    • Bank processing times may vary.

    9. Partial Refunds

    Partial refunds may be granted if:

    Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

    11. Order Cancellation

    Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

    Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.

    Custom T-Shirt orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

    12. Refused Deliveries

    If a customer refuses delivery:

    • Shipping charges will not be refunded.
    • Return shipping costs may be deducted from any refund.

    SAKINOR reserves the right to refuse returns, refunds, or exchanges in cases of:

    • Suspicious activity
    • Repeated abuse of return policies
    • False damage claims
