Simply browse our collection, select your preferred size and color, add the product to your cart, and complete the checkout process.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure online payments through UPI, Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Net Banking, and other supported payment methods available at checkout.
3. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
Custom T-Shirt orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
Shipping & Delivery
4. How long does delivery take?
Orders are generally delivered within 3–7 business days across India.
Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier availability.
5. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via WhatsApp or Email.
6. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Currently, COD availability depends on location and order eligibility.

Returns & Exchanges
7. Can I return a product?
Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered products.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned within 7 days of delivery.
8. Can I exchange my size?
Yes, size exchanges may be available subject to stock availability.

9. When will I receive my refund?
Approved refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.

11. Are your t-shirts unisex?
Yes. Most SAKINOR oversized t-shirts are designed to be worn comfortably by everyone.

Custom T-Shirts
13. How do custom t-shirt orders work?
Choose your preferred t-shirt, upload your design, and submit your order. Our team will review the design and begin production.
14. Can I use my own logo or artwork?
Yes. You can upload your own logo, artwork, text, or design for custom orders.
Please ensure you own the rights to the content submitted.
15. Are custom t-shirts returnable?
No.
Custom-made products are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
